Our system consists of large-diameter cylindrical tanks where only colloidal particles remain after the sedimentation of suspended solids. This principle ensures that partially treated water is returned to the process while effusing excess water from the system. Additionally, bottom scrapers transport large particles to the central part of the tank, enabling the removal of these sediments. The condensation units we produce increase the solid content in sludge by removing a certain portion of water.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

This allows the sludge to become filterable. Thickeners significantly reduce the total amount of sludge, which in turn decreases the size requirements for wastewater treatment plants.<\/p>\n

  • We produce tanks of various diameters and heights based on the sludge’s specific behavioral characteristics.<\/li>\n
  • Scraper lift heights can reach up to 500 mm, achieved using special reducers developed in-house.<\/li>\n
